Cliff Ryba
A veteran of Charleston for over 44 years, Cliff proudly announces he is a member of the “Good Old Boy Network”! A graduate of Middleton High School, class of 1977, he went on to attend the University South Carolina graduating with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising in 1981. Mr. Ryba then opened the first Orange Julius Franchise here in Charleston at the Citadel Mall in 1981. After 5 years of ownership, Mr. Ryba then went into the Mortgage Banking field working for Cambridge Mortgage. Was very happy there until his father, Isaac Ryba, opened Allied Steel Corp. and asked Cliff to join him. Cliff worked his way up the ladder from sales, to Purchasing Manager, to VP, to Part Owner! He won many awards, giving speeches, and writing articles on his work in Purchasing and Inventory Management. Mr. Ryba then moved on and managed a few companies before moving back into the Mortgage Industry now for over 10 years! Having been named a Top producer, while helping well over 600 families realize their dream owning a home or getting out of debt, Cliff feels his purpose here on this earth is “to help others”! Mr. Ryba prides himself on not only being versed in Convention, FHA, FNMA, but also Commercial Lending. At this point over 95% of Mr. Ryba’s business is attained through referrals due to his long-standing relationships throughout the Charleston Communities and his diligence of implementing, ethical, moral, and quality business practices. He is married to Ann Ryba and a proud father of Lance and Lauren Ryba. Mr. Ryba is a member of the SC Mortgage Brokers Association and a proud Rotarian.
