Born in Virginia, Mark Allen moved to Charleston in 1991 to attend the College of Charleston. While at the College of Charleston, Mr. Allen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business as well as a Concentration in Finance. Mr. Allen started in the finance/mortgage industry in 1999. He has been in the industry since. He is a member of the South Carolina Mortgage Brokers Association and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. Mr. Allen has intimate knowledge of all commercial, development, residential and new construction loans.
